Day 1: Arrival in Addis Ababa
Upon arrival at Bole International Airport, our staff will ensure a smooth transfer to your hotel, allowing time for rest and rejuvenation. Addis Ababa Guided City Tour: Our knowledgeable multilingual guide will accompany you to the National Museum, home to ancient artifacts and the famous Lucy skeleton, as well as the Ethnographic Museum. You’ll also visit the majestic Menelik Palace, Holy Trinity Cathedral, and experience the vibrant atmosphere of Merkato Africa’s largest open-air market.

Day 2: Flight to Bahir Dar – Tissisat Falls
Following breakfast, we’ll take a scenic drive to Bahir Dar, one of Africa’s most charming cities. Upon arrival, we’ll check in at our hotel, then drive for about an hour for a delightful morning walk, crossing the Nile River via the historic bridge. Our walk continues to the mesmerizing Tissisat Falls, with opportunities to interact with locals along the way. After marveling at the falls, we’ll cross the Nile by boat to reunite with our vehicle and return to Bahir Dar for the night.

Day 3: Journey to Gondar
After breakfast, we’ll drive to Gondar, the “Camelot of Africa.” Upon arrival, we’ll explore the famous castles and grand palaces built by former rulers. We’ll also visit the Bath of King Fasilidas, the annual site of the Timkat Festival, and the Church of Debre Berhan Selassie, known for its stunning ceiling paintings of angelic faces. Day 4: Gondar to Simien Mountains National Park toTrek to Sankaber Camp
Drive from Gondar (about 2 hours) to the Simien Mountains National Park headquarters to register. Begin trekking to Sankaber Camp, enjoying diverse plant life and spotting Gelada baboons, klipspringers, bushbucks, and numerous bird species. Accommodation: Camping at Sankaber.
Day 5: Trek Sankaber to Gich Camp
Trek 15 km (about 7 hours) from Sankaber to Gich Camp, encountering Gelada baboons, klipspringers, and bushbucks. On the way, witness the spectacular Jinbar Waterfall, plunging 500 meters.

Day 6: Trek Mt. Imet Gogo to Mt. Inatye to Chenneck Camp
Climb Mt. Imet Gogo and Mt. Inatye for breathtaking panoramic views, then descend to Chenneck Camp (3,620 m), spotting Gelada monkeys, baboons, and the rare Walia ibex. Accommodation: Camping at Chenneck.
Day 7: Trek Mt. Buahit to Return to Gondar
Hike to the summit of Mt. Buahit (about 3 hours) for a stunning 360° view. Return to camp for lunch, then drive back to Gondar. Enjoy a city tour and a delightful cultural dinner at the renowned Four Sisters Restaurant. Accommodation: Hotel in Gondar.
Day 8: Flight to Lalibela to Rock-Hewn Churches
Fly to Lalibela, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famed for its magnificent rock-hewn churches. Explore these architectural marvels, often called the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” Accommodation: Top Twelve Hotel or similar
Day 9: Lalibela to Yemrehana Krestos & Churches

Day 15: Great Rift Valley to Arba Minch to Dorze Village
