Day. 01, drive Addis to Dodola

the morning after you will drive to Dodola. This is about 350km from Addis on the route. Stop on Koka Lake and Lake Ziway to visit aquatic birds. You will have lunch at Shashmene town which is highly central to the commercial then proceed driving and arrive in Dodola late afternoon. Upon arrival. You will check into a hotel and do all the requirements for trekking at the Adaba and Dodla community tourism trekking at the office and facilitate the arrangement. Later you will prepare the necessary logistics for your trekking in the evening. You will have dinner and stay the night at the hotel.

Day. 02, trek Dodla – Waharo

You will have an early breakfast and drive to Changaiti(2750 meters above sea level) 10km from Dodola. Here you will start trekking to Waharo camping site on the trail that follows the Lensho river. You will have a packed lunch in the bush In the evening will spend the night at the campsite upon arrival you will make the short trek around Waharo to visits the impressive rock formation of Waharo. Overnight camping at Waharo.

Day. 03, Trek Waharo to Angafo

Early the morning after breakfast. You will do trekking to Angafo. The ways lead through forest or moorlands with heather. Between Tulu Gedemsa (3640 meters above sea level) and Gama Hugicho(3713m.a.s.l), the vegetation starts being dominated by giant lobelias and thistles. All in all, you may need about 5 hours for just less than 10km. you will have packed lunch in the bush. In the evening you will spend the night at the campsite. Overnight camping at Angefo.

Day. 04, Trek Angafo to adele

After breakfast, you will continue trekking fully days to Adele. Crossing Hagenia and Hypericum forest, Fields of lobelias and torch lilies, and passing caves, the 9km tour may take you about 4hours. Over the first section, the trail follows a mountain ridge with views to the volcano-shaped mount kaka(4100m.a.s.l)  and mount Honkolo(3900m.a.s.l) in Arsi on another side of the Adaba- Dodola plain. Overnight camping at.

You will Crosse the heather moorland, Erica and Hagenia forest, and wooded pastures until you reach Adele.

Look out for Colobus monkeys in the huge Hagenia trees directly around the hut and appreciate the peaceful silence. The warbling of birds. The drilling of insects or rusting of grazing animals. You will have packed lunch in the bush. In the evening you will spend the night at the campsite. Overnight camping at Adele

Day. 05, Trek Adele to Mololicho

Early in the morning after an easy breakfast, you will do trekking to Mololicho the way from Adele to Mololicho is long but beautiful (18km). First, it follows a mountain valley, then a mountain ridge from where you can see down to the reservoir of Wabe Shebele. Lobelias and torch lilies are plentiful along the route. You will have packed lunch in the bush. The evening will be at the Mololicho campsite.

Day. 06, Trek Mololicho to Duro

After breakfast, you will continue trekking fully days to Duro 2680 meters above sea level. The 18km tour from Mololicho to Duro covers the longest distance between the Adaba-Dodola trekking camps from the Duro forest camps. It is possible to continue the horse trekking to the adjacent bale mountain national park after prior arrangement with the park administration. You have packed lunch in the bush. Overnight camping at Mololicho

Day. 07, Trek Duro – Bucha Raya and drive to Awassa

Early in the morning after an easy breakfast, You will do trekking to Bucha Raya. You will have packed lunch in the bush. Duro is probably the forest camp with the most impressive view. It borders bale mountain national park. it is embedded in the rough mountain area covered by Erice heather Then your vehicle will be waiting for you at the Bucha Raya (9kmfrom Adaba) and you will drive to Awassa upon arrival in Awassa. You will check into a resort. Take a hot shower, dinner, and stay the night in the resort. Overnight hotel & resort.

Day. 08, Return back to Addis:

Morning drive back to Addis and make city tour of Addis then at night you will have dinner at one of the famous traditional restaurants then transfer to the airport.
