To the Lake Awassa is one of Ethiopia’s most beautiful lakes in the Rift Valley and is home to an enormous population of aquatic birds. Along the shore of this lake, we can also see hippos, Colobus, monkeys and baboons.

In the afternoon, we will take a boat trip among the fishermen and enjoy the afternoon watching birds including the African Fish Eagle, Malachite Kingfisher, gaint kingfisher and many others.


Day 2: Awassa, Langano, Addis Ababa

Early morning leaves your bed to look for spotted creeper ground one of the best hotel and acacia forest then go buck for breakfast after continue heading to the fish market where the society is gathered together and where the fishermen sell their catches fish to the people and feed the birds with the leftovers. You will have the chance to closely witness this daily activity of the fishermen and the local people. Finally we will start driving through Ethiopian Great rift valley, lunch enroute, we will have the opportunity to stop at the one best Lakes to look for aquatic birds, Arriving late Afternoon and dependent on your flight schedule, you will have the chance to shop for local souvenirs before attending a farewell dinner at a Cultural restaurant which includes traditional Ethiopian dancing before a transfer to airport for your flight Home, end of tour
